My name is Demonika, an artist from Canada.
This blog is mostly dedicated to my journey in transforming my body and other random things. Nearly 2 yearrs ago I was heavier, a whole lot weaker, and working 24/7 getting no where fast. Here I am, after a deep breath Im taking care of #1. I lost 40lbs and am now preparing for my first bodybuilding competition.
